    NITL are part of the NIIT Technologies group,
    a leading global IT solutions organisation.

    They provide commercial (non-life) insurance
    software and services across the full insurance
    lifecycle. Over 40% of the top 10 global carriers use
    NITL software and the business is supported by over
    1,500 insurance domain and technology specialists.

    The challenge

    Confusion amongst the existing software brand, a
    previously unsuccessful rebrand and insurance market
    transformation were the catalysts for NIIT Insurance
    Technologies (NITL) to undertake a rebrand and bring
    new products to market.

    NITL needed to bring the commercial insurance digital
    revolution to the forefront of the industry’s mind and
    position the new brand and its products as champions
    of this transition.

    The solution

    Working with Really B2B, the AdvantageGo brand was developed and launched to the UK,
    USA and Bermuda commercial insurance markets in March 2018.

    Despite the fact that its products are used by 23% of Lloyd’s Syndicates, there was a significant
    lack of brand awareness throughout the broader insurance market. An entire rebrand and
    repositioning was needed. ReallyB2B helped NITL to truly understand the global insurance
    market and key decision-makers and influencers. Early successes have already been
    realised – a 50% increase in RFIs, a closed deal worth £1m taking just 2 weeks
    (previously 3-6mths) resulting in a 426% ROI and
    an incredible £10m pipeline.
